How did you arrive at Shamrock Financial?
I had been looking for a career in the financial field so that I could be challenged to excel using my strengths while building new skills. Coming from an administrative background, Shamrock is the perfect fit.


What do you have a knack for professionally?

Both my organizational and interpersonal skills have helped me tremendously in all fields where I’ve worked. I enjoy listening to people rather than just hearing what they have to say, and clients seem to appreciate that.


What most excites you about your work and the contributions you can make?

My favorite part of work is seeing a satisfied customer. I do all in my power to make everyone’s experience as smooth as possible.


Personally, what are you passionate about?

My family and friends. Solid roots make the best support system. I have a three year old son who is the light of my life.

I also enjoy spending time with my family cooking, traveling, and just having a good time.


Whom have you worked with in the past and in what capacity?

I worked for a year as an office administrator with an RV dealership. I also worked for six years at Rite Aid as a pharmacy technician and waitressed at a local bar and grille on weekends.

I helped reach regional sales and customer service goals at the pharmacy, as well as bringing in new patients to join our community as not just as clients, but friends of our pharmacy.

Waitressing – I do that for fun! I enjoy the atmosphere, and a comfortable atmosphere creates a blossoming business.


What’s your favorite way to spend a Sunday afternoon?

During the summer I enjoy concerts of all types – a duet at a waterfront restaurant or Jimmy Buffett. From September on, you will find me in front of my TV every Sunday or Monday cheering on Tom Brady.

I also have a passion for snow. I taught ski school for seven years and love the mountains.


What would your ideal clients say about you?

They would say that I do not give up until I’ve fixed a problem, or else I discover how to resolve the issue if I can’t do it personally. I will exhaust every option to make sure a client is happy and has all the answers they need.


What would be impossible for you to give up?

Coffee.
