What path brought you to Shamrock Financial?

I have always had an interest for the mortgage industry. After starting my career in the car industry (which is usually the 2nd largest purchase for most people) I knew the mortgage industry would be much more exciting because we are helping people achieve their goal to purchase a home (which for most people is the #1 largest purchase ever made)! That alone is exciting enough to want to be part of this process!

What do you have a knack for professionally?

I have a knack for being human while being professional. I think sometimes we forget that the other party involved is emotionally involved in this whole process as much as we are professionally involved. Sometimes just relating to similar situations with them is warming and lets them know you are with them through this whole process. More or less it’s just letting them know they are not alone and that they know that you are working with them not against them.

What would your ideal clients say about you?

At the end of the day I would like to think my clients would say that I have been nothing but helpful and available for them.

What are you most passionate about professionally?

I am most passionate about is accomplishing my job to the best of my ability while learning new things along the way. Knowledge is power, and power is helpful. I like to have the tools to help anyone that may need it.

And personally, what are you passionate about?

Personally I am passionate about my family. Making myself helpful and approachable to help them in any way I can is the most important thing for me.

What’s your favorite way to spend a Sunday afternoon?

I love to spend my Sundays with my family but also my parents whether its making a home cooked meal or making plans to go out and enjoy the day together. It is by far all I look forward to at the end of the week.

Where did you grow up?

I was born and raised in Guatemala City, I came to the United States when I was 6 years old. I grew up in Rhode Island since my arrival.

Do you participate in any volunteer activities?

I often volunteer as a chaperone for my kids field trips.

Have you ever won any awards or medals?

I have been awarded a Master of Excellence from Herb Chambers Honda of Seekonk for overall sales over the year in 2016.

What would be impossible for you to give up?

Spending time with my family is not up for negotiation. Memories are the best thing time can buy!
